Advance Tax Rulings: Obtaining advance tax rulings from the Revenue Service of Georgia on behalf of the clients.

Due-Diligence. Conducting tax due-diligence.
Special Tax Regimes: Advising on special tax regimes available under the Georgian tax code and providing necessary assistance.
Free Industrial Zones: Assistance in establishing a free industrial zone on the territory of Georgia, as well as advising on the special taxation rules applicable to the companies established in the free industrial zone.
Customs Procedures: Advising clients on the issues relating to import and export of goods.
Tax Residency: Assisting high-net-worth individuals in obtaining tax residency in Georgia.
Tax Disputes: Representing clients in the dispute boards of Revenue Service and Ministry of Finance, as well as in the courts of all instances.
Alexander Sukhishvili joined Nodia, Urumashvili & Partners in 2011. Prior to joining the firm, he headed the Legal Expertise Division of the Tax Department at the Ministry of Finance of Georgia (2007-2010) and the Litigation Division of the Revenue Service of Georgia (2010-2011). Before that, he served as a lawyer and the head of the Legal Expertise Unit of the Tax Department at the Ministry of Finance of Georgia (2005-2007).
Alexander Sukhishvili is recognized as an outstanding professional in tax law. He has extensive experience in tax advisory and disputes with tax authorities. He is noted for his client-oriented approach and his ability to handle complex tax issues.

Eprem Urumashvili has been a partner at Nodia, Urumashvili & Partners since 2010. Prior to joining the firm, he served as Deputy CFO at JSC Bank of Georgia (2007-2010). He was also Head of the Taxation Division (2000-2005) and Head of the Accounting and Taxation Division of the Finance Department (2005-2007) at JSC Bank of Georgia.

Jaba Balakhashvili joined Nodia, Urumashvili & Partners in 2018. Prior to joining the firm, Jaba worked as a tax expert for the Business Ombudsman of Georgia (2016-2017). Prior to that, he worked at the legal department of the Revenue Service of Georgia (2011-2014).
