Rankings in the Legal 500 2026

We are glad to share that our firm has once again achieved top rankings in the Legal 500 2026, a prestigious global legal research publication that evaluates law firms and lawyers worldwide.
In the Commercial, Corporate and M&A practice, the firm has significantly strengthened its position by being promoted to Band 2. Partner Vakhtang Gamtsemlidze has once again been recognized as a Leading Individual.
According to The Legal 500 review: Nodia, Urumashvili & Partners‘ lawyers exhibit proficiency across high-value, cross-border M&A transactions. They handle a good deal of insolvency-related cases for banks and microfinance organisations. The team is led by Lasha Nodia, who advises clients looking to establish subsidiaries in Georgia, and Vakhtang Gamtsemlidze, who negotiates share purchase agreements, and who conducts legal due diligence for buyers.
